A funny new commercial for Cell C, the Woza “Wheneva” advert is for the the cell phone company Cell C in South Africa. The spot borrows the old Budweiser “Wassup” and has Cell C customers so excited about the extra free minutes “Wheneva” that they can’t help but yell out wheneva from spots all over south Africa.
